Fun and imaginative, our yoga for kids classes are designed to help children build strength, flexibility, and concentration in a non-competitive environment. Classes emphasize playful exploration, teamwork, cooperation, and problem-solving skills within the yoga class. Children unite and learn to connect with themselves and each other for joyful, playful, yoga experiences.
Level 1 Vinyasa Flow class. This easy to follow class provides plenty of time for modifications making postures accessible and a great choice for older adults, pregnant women or students who want a slower paced class with gentle transitions, focusing on linking breath with proper alignment.
