

Marina first started practicing yoga in college in 2001. Over the years her practice has become an essential part of her life. She found it not only helped manage daily stress and maintain a positive mind, but improved her physical performance as a runner, rock climber, and hiker. She strongly believes in the restorative qualities of yoga and the ability to connect with and understand ourselves better as a result. With a desire to take her practice to the next level, in 2019 she completed a 200-hour course through Go Within Wellness in Big Bear, CA. She has been influenced by many styles of yoga, which she integrates into her flows. The most important thing she’d like you to know when taking her class, as everyone’s body is different so listen to yours and respect what it’s saying.
