Amanda started her professional career teaching child and human development. With a degree in psychology, she always stressed the importance of positive mental health practices in her life and in those around her. After realizing what a strong tool yoga can be in promoting mental well being, she set off to earn her 200YTT in trauma-informed yoga, as well as certifications in chair and prenatal yoga. Amanda especially enjoys helping people find yoga to improve their quality of life and loves to take yoga to new places through paddleboard yoga and yoga-forest adventures around the Big Bear valley. Always with a smile on her face, Amanda encourages others to pursue personal growth from head to toes and in heart and mind.
