Amanda’s classes are rooted in self-inquiry, playfulness and slow fluid transitions. You’ll find the movements she teaches are not what you might find in a traditional yoga class but more of an exploration of the body as a whole. Constantly reminding you of your breath and challenging you in new ways, Amanda’s mission is for her students to leave refreshed and ready to step out into their day with a clear mind and heart. Her vinyasa class is a practice to challenge the muscular system and redirect your energy efficiency while the restorative class emphasizes grounding and relaxing into the moment.
