This vigorous style of yoga links breath and movement through a sequence of Sun Salutations and postures. The smooth, continuous flow deepens breathing, increases endurance, and will test the edge of your balance and flexibility. Vinyasa 2 classes are best if you are already physically active, comfortable with the basic yoga postures, and appreciate a healthy sweat. Vinyasa 2 classes often include advanced postures such as inversions, arm balances and backbends.
