Rayne is a certified Pilates instructor trained in Mat 1 and 2, with over eight years of experience teaching throughout Los Angeles and now in the beautiful mountain community of Big Bear. Her journey with Pilates has been deeply personal. She found healing through movement, and that transformation fuels her passion for helping others reconnect with their bodies.
